Jack was super helpful and took the time to have a look at my car, which has been making a funny noise. He was able to quickly give me a diagnosis, and even suggested I should be pursuing a warranty claim through my dealership, rather than repairing with them. Brilliant service to not even a paying customer! Really appreciate it and highly recommend these guys :)

Above and beyond, true old-school service I honestly can’t thank Jack at My Car Tyre & Auto Braddon enough. I rolled in during Summernats week, absolute madness everywhere, 43-degree heat, cars lined up with no bookings available and I urgently needed my rear wheels replaced. I fully expected to be turned away. Instead, Jack didn’t even blink. At the drop of a hat, standing out in the scorching sun, he made it happen. No attitude, no stress passed on just pure professionalism, effort, and genuine care to help someone out when it really mattered. You don’t forget service like that. Jack went out of his way in the toughest conditions, and that says everything about him and the team here. Massive respect and a big thank you!!!!!

Good guys do exist!! Found myself in a real bind on Monday needing a small - but urgent - repair to my car before driving back to Sydney later the same day. The guys at mycar Tyre & Auto Braddon were empathetic, accommodating and very quick at getting me sorted, despite having a full load of other work. Best possible pricing too!!! Thanks so much.

Took my car in last minute before driving home to Sydney as it was making a noise and I was concerned! They looked at it right away and helped me to make sure I was safe to drive home! Absolutely incredible and friendly service from the team. Would recommend to anyone local or out of state having some car issues.

This is an amazing tyre shop. The team went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road after a punctured tyre. They were about to close, but I was desperate, and Jack was kind enough to take on the last job. Another young man, also named Jack, completed the repair quickly and professionally. I can’t thank them enough for the help and support they gave me. Huge 5 stars for the team at MyCar Braddon! I will be coming back to use their service

Outstanding service – above and beyond! We were completely stuck in the car park right in front of the MyCar Auto & Tyre shop with a flat tyre and only a self-care tyre repair kit. Despite being very busy, Reid took the time to make space for us, assess the situation, and fix our car so we could get back on the road. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help in a stressful situation truly stood out. Thanks to Reid, we were able to continue our drive and actually enjoy our weekend instead of being stranded. Exceptional customer service and a genuine credit to MyCar. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience at mycar Tyre & Auto Braddon, a very special thanks to Jack. From the moment I called then arrived, Jack was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to clearly explain what was needed, provided honest advice, and made the whole process feel seamless. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is so knowledgeable yet approachable, and who clearly takes pride in delivering great customer service. I can’t speak highly enough of myCar Tyre and Auto (and the guys at the Hastings and Frankston stores). Thank you so much for going above and beyond. These guys saved the day a few minutes to close of business on a Friday after I had an unexpected tyre blowout. Hastings were unable to repair it as it was in the side wall and since they were out of stock of my replacement tyre they immediately got on the phone and organised to get me in at the nearest store in a neighbouring suburb. There’s more to the story, but suffice it to say the staff at both stores went above and beyond at a time when I was flustered and far from home on a big road trip. Exceptional service. I received a brand new tyre for free thanks to MyCar’s excellent and free Tyre Care Plan and its 12mth road hazard warranty! Who knew how handy that would turn out to be. I have to say also that the staff at the ACT Gungahlin store also helped get me out of a pickle when I randomly approached them after I had a problem in the carpark where they are located. The ACT Braddon store where I originally bought the tyres are always efficient. All in all, I’m very impressed and wanted to share this great experience with multiple stores.
